1 Cup flour
1/4 tsp. celery seed
pinch cayenne
4 tblsp. Butter 1/2 cup grated parmesan or Romano cheese
1 egg yolk, beaten
Sift flour with celery seed and cayenne. Rub butter into flour until it resembles fine
Breadcrumbs. Add cheese and egg, mix to a firm dough. Add water if necessary
Roll out fairly thin and cut into 2" strips. Cut each strip into triangles. Bake on greased sheets 10 min. in 375 oven until golden.
